This is effected by a regular policy of training and re-training in accordance with individual and collective needs.

As a Company committed to the quality of our product, we recognise the need for employee competence, which in itself is dependant on an effective business related training programme.

We encourage all employees to undertake training to equip themselves for the needs required by the Company.

With this in mind we applied for, and were proud to be accredited with, Investor In People (IIP).
