Mick joined Marcus Worthington's as a site manager on the NHS projects in Lincolnshire, where he was part of the of the team delivering over 800 accommodatopm bedrooms for NHS key workers.  He has since worked on various projects in the North West, including a new hotel build and student accommodation projects.
