Marcus Worthington & Co is committed to supporting charitable and voluntary schemes within the community.

On average, we support and contribute to more than 25 different causes and organisations every year, with overall cash donations in excess of £25,000 per annum. In addition, we also provide construction services ex gratia.

We have carried out various building projects in our local community, including the construction of the Dolphinholme Village Hall.

We provide youth training - Marcus Worthington & Co sponsors and operates an apprenticeship training scheme for the building trade, which presents opportunities for 10-12 young people every year.

We also support various Environmental and English Heritage projects. In 2005, Marcus Worthington & Co stepped in as the new custodians of Delgarth Wood in Cumbria, to enable the preservation and restoration of one of England’s largest – and last – remaining endangered deciduous forests and natural habitats.
