Ducie Court - Phase II
Ducie Court is a 614 bedroom student scheme set in the heart of the University of Manchester.
Located just off the university Corridor of Oxford Road, the scheme
provides state of the art en-suite accommodation, set sympathetically
within over two acres of grounds to meet the needs of the modern day
student.
The site was acquired by Worthington Properties in March 2011 and construction of Phase I was completed in 2012.
Construction
of Phase II has now commenced on site with completion programmed for
September 2013 to coincide with the start of the next academic year.
