Ducie Court is a 614 bedroom student scheme set in the heart of the University of Manchester.
Located just off the university Corridor of Oxford Road, the scheme
provides state of the art en-suite accommodation, set sympathetically
within over two acres of grounds to meet the needs of the modern day
student.
The site was acquired by Worthington Properties in March 2011 and will be delivered in phases between 2012 and 2013.
