    The second phase of the student accommodation on the former Goss Engineering site which was completed in 2004 provides 234 bedrooms in 47 apartments.
  • Moor Lane, Preston Moor Lane, Preston
    This challenging 10 storey £26.2m project, completed in 2008, comprises of 677 bedrooms in 118 clusters, together with a management suite, communal facilities and 5200 sq ft of retail space.
  • Moss Lane East, Manchester Moss Lane East, Manchester
    A timber frame construction of nine blocks comprising of 416 bed student accommodation in 79 two, three, four, five and six bed apartments.
  • Walker Street, Preston Walker Street, Preston
    Walker Street, Preston is at the heart of the city’s student quarter, adjacent to the University of Central Lancashire central campus and will comprise 174 units.
  • Hyde Grove, Manchester Hyde Grove, Manchester
    A four storey, 217 bed project, aimed at servicing the expanding student population in Manchester and Salford with quality accommodation
