Following demolition of the existing University annexe buildings, work commenced on the timber frame construction of the 424 bedroom student accommodation.


The 'village' comprises 11 individual blocks, with a total of 86 flats.


All bedrooms are ensuite, and each flat has a communal open plan kitchen and lounge.
