The Marcus Worthington Property Company and Lanmarra Developments are the investment vehicles created to hold the Group’s extensive investment property portfolio. This primarily consists of various freehold commercial properties, many with the benefit of blue chip covenants.

Marcus Worthington & Co Ltd is the construction arm of the Group, concentrating on an increasing number of civil engineering projects, while Hollinwood Homes – the latest addition to the Group – deals with the residential property market.
