Group Structure

Stonewell, the Group’s parent Company, specialise in land and property acquisitions and development. The past few years have seen a steady growth of the Company’s involvement in this specialist market creating both local links and working partnerships to deliver a more client focused product.

Marcus Worthington Property Company and Lanmara Developments are the investment vehicles created to hold the Group’s extensive investment property portfolio. The portfolio primarily consists of various freehold commercial properties, many with the benefit of blue chip covenants. The recent increases in property values have given rise to a greater value of the underlying assets of the Group as a whole.

Hollinwood Homes is the latest addition to the Group and was created to meet the growing demand in the residential property market. The Company most recently completed a prestigious restoration and redevelopment of the Goldthread Works, Preston into 29 luxury apartments. The Group has already obtained planning permission for further residential projects to commence soon.

Marcus Worthington & Co is the construction arm of the Group.
