He joins from Jones Homes where, as regional director, he managed the Fylde coast division of the regional housebuilding company.
Prior to that, Mark held senior positions at Persimmon Homes and at Wainhomes and Wilson Connolly.
At Hollinwood Homes, he will be responsible for managing the continued growth of the business, identifying development opportunities and delivering high quality homes in the Lancashire area.
The company is already involved in a number of successful schemes across the region, including the hugely successful Ashton Bank scheme in Ashton-on-Ribble.
On his appointment he said: “Hollinwood Homes has developed a reputation for delivering high quality homes that appeal to first time buyers particularly. The new schemes we have planned extend this customer base with properties being developed with families and older purchasers in mind, as well as the first time buyer market.
“My role includes marketing the company’s developments to these new groups of potential purchasers and identifying new opportunities for Hollinwood Homes to expand and develop further.”
