Philosophy of growth

The keys to a company’s longevity are low gearing, a prudent approach to risk taking, a positive cashflow and a strong management structure.

The Marcus Worthington Group has an enviable track record in all of those areas, being a family-run business with over 40 years’ experience of wealth creation and management.

Our goals are to continue to grow organically through acquiring and delivering blue chip assets while maintaining our overall gearing between 50 and 55 per cent.

The income producing, investment grade assets owned by the company have a dual purpose. They deliver wealth creation in their own right, while also providing a healthy cashflow for the construction and development arms of the business.
Unlike many of our competitors, our net assets will ensure The Marcus Worthington Group is in a strong position to weather future economic storms and continue for the next 40 years.
