The £14.5million development has been designed by David Cox Architects, with the characteristics of nearby buildings, such as traditional red brick and stone banding, maintained in the design and use of materials, brought up-to-date with a modern interpretation.

Focused around a central courtyard, floor to ceiling height windows will feature in the 1st to 6th floors, while increased ground floor frontages that serve as retail use are maintained, in-keeping with the characteristics of buildings along Friargate.
