Hollinwood Homes, Worthington Properties’ residential development arm, will build 30 new houses with the remainder being built by Cheshire-based Morris Homes – one of the country’s largest privately owned house builders.
The 18.3 acre site, formerly owned by the Department for Work and Pensions, was sold to Worthington Properties by Telereal Trillium earlier this year for £9.5 million.
Architects for the scheme are Broadway Malyan and Leach Rhodes Walker, with Turley Associates providing planning guidance and advice.
Development of the Booths store is now complete.
The residential element is also complete.
