The five storey City centre scheme comprised the design and build of 55 fully fitted three, four and five bedroom apartments for 237 students, with retail premises on the ground floor.
Built on the confined site of the Roman Millrace culvert, this project, which required the use of a Tower crane, was a mix of new build and the sympathetic conversion of two Grade II listed Georgian townhouses.
