The works, in two phases, comprised 4000sq metres of high bay warehousing incorporating double span portal framed building with plastisol cladding.

The 2000 sq metre office accomadation, on two floors, is linked to their existing offices, including new canteen facilities

The design and build contract comprised full mechanical and electrical installation.

The extension, external works and landscaping were included in the contract.
