By winning this Manchester City centre contract, we are delighted to continue our working relationship with Bruntwood Estates who are one of the largest privately owned property companies in the North West.
A new entrance, reception and lifts on the ground floor and a 4 storey extension at first floor level are included in the high spec upgrading and modernisation of the existing office block. Work is due to be completed within 45 weeks.
We are pleased to have an opportunity to work with Architects Stephenson Bell, and Consulting Engineers Deakin Walton on this project.
