A large mixed housing scheme comprising family houses and category 1 and 2 apartments. A specialist care facility for 4 people was incorporated within the self contained 3 storey Category 1 sheltered block.
Traditionally built on deep piled foundations incorporating road works, mains drainage and full mechanical and electrical installations.
This design and build contract was completed within 15 months.
