Following demolition of the existing former Goss Engineering building, work commenced on the timber frame construction of 11 blocks comprising 438 bed student accommodation in 86 four, five, six and seven bed apartments.

All rooms are ensuite, each apartment having shared open plan kitchen and sitting room. There are communal leisure rooms and laundries.
