This derelict building, which was reconstructed over a 15 month period, required careful demolition as well as shoring of the essential elements to be retained.
The renovation and reconstruction of the building to its original Georgian splendour was closely supervised by Bradford & Northern Housing Association and English Heritage.
The masonry, joinery, leadwork and plastering were carried out by a highly skilIed workforce to replicate the original late 18th Century detail.
Mechanical, electrical and full landscaping scheme were included within the Contract.
