The Marcus Worthington Group was originally created more than 30 years ago to act as a catalyst for property development and urban regeneration by maximising land receipts for land owners while limiting their own exposure to construction and development.
Since then Worthington Properties has become a one stop shop for commercial property development in the UK, still working with some of the same landowners that were among the company’s first clients, plus many more besides.
The company’s range of services begins with concept design and extends to urban master planning, site acquisition and delivery.
