Premier Inn Preston
The first phase of a prestigious £23m two-phase building project to further Preston’s new Central Business District was completed in September 2010.
Marcus Worthington & Co. was a major partner in the seven-storey development that included a 140-bedroom Premier Inn hotel, 14,000 sq ft of active retail space and a restaurant quarter as well as office and living accommodation.
Positioned on a ‘gateway site’ around Fox Street and Corporation Street, the development is a contemporary design and created 60 new full and part time jobs.
The other partners during development were fellow developers Kubik Design LLP and Preston City Council.
