Travelodge Liverpool
Marcus Worthington & Co.’s growing reputation as an innovative hotel builder now includes a major £12m project to build a new Travelodge in the heart of Liverpool.
Work on the impressive 140-bedroomed hotel (including 4,500 sq ft of prime retail space) started in May 2011 (planning permission was granted mid-March) and is expected to be completed by the end of 2011.
The Travelodge will stand proudly on The Strand opposite the main Liver Buildings on the city’s famous waterfront. Travelodge has more than 300 hotels across the UK.
