Travelodge Manchester

In 2010, Marcus Worthington & Co. secured the building of a flagship 200-bedroomed Travelodge hotel, the building of which is set to regenerate the heart of Manchester.


The £13.5m development, purchased by Worthington Properties from Ask Developments, is sited on the old Boddingtons Brewery site in the city.

The site was acquired in April 2010. Work started in mid-2010, and the hotel completed in October 2011.
